DESCRIPTION:Mason Artist-in-Residence\nTime For Three \nRanaan Meyer\, double bass and vocals\nNick Kendall\, violin and vocals\nCharles Yang\, violin and vocals \nWe are thrilled to welcome Time for Three\, the Grammy and Emmy-award winning musical trio and Mason Artist-in-Residence\, for a free performance and Q&A session. This workshop is a can’t miss opportunity for guitar\, string\, and vocal students\, aspiring singer-songwriters\, and composers! Recommended for ages 10 and up\, for both non-Academy and Academy students. \nTime For Three defies convention\, merging classical\, Americana\, and singer- songwriter traditions into a singular\, remarkable sound that captivates audiences worldwide. Featuring a sneak peek of their upcoming Hylton Center performance\, TF3 will present some of their signature genre-mixing music followed by a discussion of their careers as chamber musicians and singer-songwriters. \nThe workshop is free\, but registration is required to maintain an accurate participation count.
