SUMMARY:Academy Free Friday Event Series: Music Trivia Night
DESCRIPTION:Join Mason Community Arts Academy the first Friday of every month at 7 p.m. for a free community event! Each month\, we will feature a new family-friendly activity that will be fun for all ages.  \nFamily-Friendly Music Trivia Night (Open to all ages) \nGather a group of your most musically minded friends and family for our first every Academy Trivia Night! Test your musical knowledge and compete to win trivia prizes. Do you have what it takes to become our tuneful Trivia champion? \nAll participants under age 14 must be accompanied by a parent\, guardian\, or sibling aged 18+. \n  \nDirections and Parking  \n\nFrom Chain Bridge Rd (Rt 123)\, our parking lot is the first right turn after West Drive. If coming from Braddock Road\, make a U-turn at West Drive traffic light. Look for a large Mason Community Arts Academy sign at the entrance of our parking lot. For onsite assistance\, look for our Academy flag outside of our main office unit A-5. \n\n\nPrint your free MCAA Parking Pass and place on your dashboard to avoid ticketing by the University. Passes are also available onsite. \n\n\nIf the parking lot is full when you arrive\, please look for “Academy Additional Parking” signs to direct you to our overflow parking lot off of West Drive. \n\n  \n

SUMMARY:WoW in the World: Pre-Show Activity
DESCRIPTION:Hosted by Mindy Thomas (Wow in the World) and Carly Q. Ciarrocchi (Who\, When\, Wow: Mystery Edition)\, this fast paced science-packed\, laughter-inducing interactive game show features two teams of Wowzer contestants who—with the help of the live audience—turn their wildest (and weirdest) ideas into jaw-dropping inventions! Packed with trivia\, challenges\, music\, laughs\, and LOTS of creativity\, Make It WOW! is more than a show! It’s an experience that will keep the whole family tinkering together long after the performance! \nThe performance will feature special appearances from Dennis\, Gramma G-Force\, and Thomas Fingerling! Plus\, live musical performances from The Pop Ups. Note: Guy Raz will not be at this performance. \nRecommended for ages 5 and older. \n  \nThe Academy will be hosting a free pre-show activity from 1–2 p.m.
