Marianna Wolpert

Marianna Wolpert is a violinist and native of Richmond, Virginia. She is an alumna of the All-Virginia Orchestra and the Richmond Symphony Youth Orchestra, while she also is a current member of the Mason Symphony Orchestra of George Mason University. As a member of the Mason Symphony Orchestra, Ms. Wolpert received the high honor of being awarded the Graice Aitel Scholarship for excellence in music and citizenship. Additionally, she is a member of the American String Teachers Association and serves as Treasurer of its Mason Chapter.

Ms. Wolpert is currently pursuing a Bachelor of Music in Performance and a Minor in String Pedagogy at George Mason University. She appreciates the inspiration that music making gives us and hopes to share her passion with her students.
