Biography
Violin Jr. Instructor

Youngbin Ko, a native of South Korea, is currently a student at the Dewberry School of Music at George Mason University. She is currently pursuing her Bachelor of Music, majoring in violin performance with a string pedagogy minor, under the tutelage of Professor June Huang, Director of Strings and Associate Professor.
Ms. Ko has been awarded multiple scholarships in recognition of her excellence, including the Monson and Aitel Scholarships. Before pursuing her music degree, she studied early childhood education and gained experience working with young children, which deepened her passion for teaching and nurturing creativity through music.
She believes that music has the power to heal the heart, inspire dreams, and guide us toward growth. She looks forward to sharing the joy that only music can bring and to growing alongside her students as an evolving musician.
