Student Acting/Theater Workshops

Ages 5 – 14


January 26 (Thursday) Workshops

Date/Time: Thursday, January 26th, 9 am – 3 pm
Ages 5-9: Musical Theatre: Song & Dance

Learn the music and choreography from new and classic Broadway shows. Students will be singing and dancing throughout the day, and should come wearing comfortable clothes and closed-toed shoes that allow for movement.

Tuition: $85 per student

Students should bring a nut-free snack and lunch and water bottle. Food is not provided.  

Date/Time: Thursday, January 26th, 9 am – 3 pm
Ages 10-14: Musical Theatre: Audition Prep

Students will build confidence while strengthening audition skills. Students will learn to prepare for singing auditions, dance calls, and acting auditions in a fun, low-pressure environment.

Note: each student should bring a short cut (1 verse & 1 chorus) of a song familiar to them, to work on with the instructors. Please print and bring 2 copies of the lyrics or sheet music.

Tuition: $85 per student

January 27 (Friday) Workshops

Date/Time: Friday, January 27th, 9 am – 3 pm
Ages 5-9: Playwriting

Strengthen your creative writing skills by creating a short scenes and plays in one day! Students will participate in physical activities, so come wearing comfortable clothes and closed-toed shoes. 

Tuition: $85 per student

Students should bring a nut-free snack and lunch and water bottle. Food is not provided.

Date/Time: Friday, January 27th, 9 am – 3 pm
Ages 10-14: Playwriting

February 20 (Monday) Workshops

Date/Time: Monday, February 20th, 9 am – 3 pm
Ages 5-9: Improv

Students will build confidence in performance and how to create comedy live on stage! This workshop focuses on the importance of improv and the rules that go into acting without a script. And of course, students will learn through lots of fun games! 

Tuition: $85 per student

Students should bring a nut-free snack and lunch and water bottle. Food is not provided.

Date/Time: Monday, February 20th, 9 am – 3 pm
Ages 10-14: Improv

Learn brand-new choreography from your favorite Disney stories. Students will be singing and dancing throughout the day, and should come wearing comfortable clothes and closed-toed shoes that allow for movement.

Date/Time: Friday, March 3rd, 9 am – 3 pm
Ages 10-14: Disney Classics: Acting Through Song

Students will focus on storytelling in musical theater while learning vocal techniques and choreography to popular Disney songs.
