Whether you’re a beginner or advanced, a young child or seasoned adult, you are welcome to join us to learn how to sing, develop fundamental singing techniques, act through song in musical interpretation, perform and more! Mason Community Arts Academy in Fairfax, Virginia offers the perfect blend of university-quality vocal teachers and a supportive environment with other community members.
Want to give us a try? We suggest starting by scheduling a paid (non-refundable) trial lesson with an instructor to ensure a good fit. After the trial lesson, students can then schedule a consistent day and time for the remainder of the current semester (Fall, Spring, and Summer).
Our instructors are university trained musicians, and many are professional Teaching Artists. All of our teachers undergo a rigorous background check through George Mason University. Lessons take place at the Academy building at 4260 Chain Bridge Road near the George Mason campus.
Along with lessons, students can perform in recitals. We offer voice classes in the fall and spring to students who would like to begin in a group environment before moving on to private, one-on-one teaching.
